Mood Boards are lovely inspiring things....they may be super organised or really messy, include tactile elements or simply magazine tears, scraps of fabric or hand drawn pictures, photos of family or postcards for inspirations. They may tell a story or or be created simply just because, colour coded or completely hap-hazed, on the wall or on the fridge. symmetrical or asymmetrical, gray scale or saturated coloured.
Which ever way you like your mood boards I think they can aid the everyday creative process. To inspire us and define our direction. So go now and be creative, challenge yourself to think outside the square. And most importantly have fun in the process!!
